Immedia Broadcasting plc17 April 2007 17 April 2007 IMMEDIA BROADCASTING PLC "Immedia" or "the Company" Update Immedia Broadcasting Plc, the UK's leading provider of live tailored radio andvideo for retail, today announces the following update: Despite the particularly challenging retail market, we believe retailerscontinue to be attracted by in-store media as a premium tool to buildrelationships with both customers and staff and in this context, Immedia hascontinued to progress during the year. Costs have been managed carefully, andincreased revenues from the subscription model have ensured that the Companytraded broadly in-line with market expectations for the year ending 31 December2006. Since the year end, Immedia has lost two contracts, one of which expired.During 2006, these accounted for 12.5% of group turnover. However, the Companyhas a healthy pipeline of new opportunities with a number of potential newclients. We expect to announce our Preliminary Results for the year ending 31 December2006 during May 2007.
