Share Plan Award
In accordance with the terms of his appointment, the Company's new Chief Legal and Corporate Affairs Officer, Sean Roberts, was granted, on 18 May 2022, an award (Award) under the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP).
The Award has been granted over 39,447 shares which have been set by reference to the mid-market closing price of the Company's shares on 17 May 2022.
In accordance with his terms of appointment, the performance criteria will be the same as those used for the Company's LTIPs granted in February 2022 to other participants and described in detail in the announcement dated 18 February 2022.
