In conformity with Regulation 20 of the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007, permanent tsb Group Holdings plc ("the Company") advises that:

The total number of Ordinary Shares of nominal value β¬0.50 each in issue as at the date of this notice is 454,215,538. There are nil shares held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights is therefore 454,215,538.

The above figure, 454,215,538 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007 and the Transparency Rules.
