Permanent TSB p.l.c. has no listed equity security but as an issuer of debt securities (with denominations of less than €50,000) on a regulated market it is required under the provisions of the Transparency Directive Regulations to publish its own separate Annual Financial Report (to that of its parent) within 4 months of its Financial year-end.
