Voting Rights
Infrastructure India Plc ("Infrastructure India" or the "Company"), the investment company focussed on Indian infrastructure assets, announces that following the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 12 August 2010 and the placing of 3,089,158 ordinary shares, the voting rights of the company are now 39,789,158 ordinary shares.
The voting rights on all these shares are identical. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
