As a result of an administrative oversight details of the following grants of share awards were not announced at the appropriate time and are being announced now.
Pursuant to the rules of The 3i Group Deferred Bonus Plan, on 9 June 2017 the following individuals, being Directors / persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"s) of 3i Group plc (the "Company"), were granted awards over ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each (or in one case cash phantom share awards over such shares) ("Shares") (ISIN: GB00B1YW4409) in the Company as detailed against their names below:
