On 26 July 2018, 3i Group plc (the "Company") was notified that on 26 July 2018 Alan Giddins, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, acquired for nil cost 25,836 ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each (ISIN: GB00B1YW4409) in the Company ("Shares") on the vesting of a share award and sold 12,178 of these shares on 26 July 2018 at 942.8p per share to cover income tax and national insurance deductions.
The place of the above transactions was the London Stock Exchange.
