Pursuant to the rules of The 3i Group Discretionary Share Plan, on 30 June 2016 the following individuals, being Directors / persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"s) of 3i Group plc (the "Company"), were granted awards over ordinary shares of 73 19/22p each ("Shares") in the Company as detailed against their names below:
