3i Group plc: non-executive Director change

Richard Meddings

3i Group plc announces that after two three year terms of office Richard Meddings will be standing down as a non-executive Director at the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting on 17 July 2014.

Sir Adrian Montague, 3i Chairman, said: "Richard has served as a non-executive Director since 2008 and has also served as Audit Committee Chairman and Senior Independent Director since 2010. He has provided wise and invaluable counsel as well as great support during a period of considerable change for 3i and we wish him well for the future."
