Intuitive Investments Group plc (SFM2: IIG) ("IIG" or the "Company"), a closed-end investment company focussed on the life sciences sector, announces that in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company has 2,001,076,279 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in issue, none of which are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 2,001,076,279.
The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in the interest in, the share capital of the Company.
