Result of Annual General Meeting

Intuitive Investments Group plc (SFS: IIG) ("IIG" or the "Company"), a closed-end investment company focused on high-growth opportunities in the technology and life sciences sectors, announces that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held today, all resolutions were duly passed.

The results of the proxy voting are summarised in the table below:

Resolutions 1 to 7 were each passed as an Ordinary Resolution, and resolutions 8 to 9 were each passed as a Special Resolution.
