Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, as at 31 May 2019 the total number of ordinary shares of no par value in the Company was 286,546,454 each with voting rights. The Company holds no ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 286,546,454.
The above figure of 286,546,454 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Impact Healthcare REIT PLC under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
