This is a restatement of the announcement published at 16.35 on 22 October 2021 (RNS number 0078Q) correcting Mr Foster's interest in Ordinary Shares and his resultant shareholding in the Company. Mr Foster's interest in Ordinary Shares should have stated 3,755,283, representing approximately 5.51 per cent. of the Company's ordinary share capital. The restatement reflects an additional 500,000 Ordinary Shares held by Nia Foster, a person closely associated (PCA) with Toby Foster. The full corrected announcement is included below.

The Company has been notified that Toby Foster, VP Strategic Opportunities and a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") in the Company, on Thursday 21st October sold 25,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
Following the sale, Mr Foster retains an interest in 3,755,283 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.51 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Mr Foster's total interest in the Company includes 500,000 Ordinary Shares held by his wife, Nia Foster, a person closely associated (PCA). Mr Foster has indicated to the Company that he has no intention to sell further shares at this time.
This announcement, including the notification below, is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
