India Hospitality Corp. to Announce Results for the Fiscal Year Ended March
31, 2008 and Preliminary Results for the First Quarter of Fiscal 2009 on
September 19, 2008
LONDON, Sept. 12 -- India Hospitality Corp. today announced that it will release results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2008 and preliminary operating results for the first quarter of fiscal 2009 before the opening of the London Stock Exchange on Friday, September 19. A conference call will follow at 9:00 AM EDT / 2:00 PM BST to discuss the results for interested investors, analysts and portfolio managers. Participants in the call will include acting Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chairman Richard Foyston, interim Chief Financial Officer Tim McKinlay and Chairman and CEO of the Mars Group Ravi Deol.
The preliminary results are intended to give an update on the operating business as well as an update to the overall business climate in India. These results will be for the three-month period ended June 30, 2008 for the acquired companies Mars Restaurants Private Limited and SkyGourmet Catering Private Limited, respectively.
