Directors' shareholdings
India Hospitality Corp. ("IHC" or the "Company") was notified on 4 January 2012 that on 29 December 2011 Mr Jason Ader, Mr Ravi Deol and Mr Sandeep Vyas, directors of the Company purchased, in aggregate, 862,852 $0.001 ordinary shares representing 2.56% of the total issue and paid up share capital of the Company at $0.10 per share.
