Board changes

Inspiration Healthcare Group plc (AIM: IHC), the global medical technology company pioneering best-in-class, specialist neonatal intensive care medical devices, announces the retirement of Bob Beveridge, Non-Executive Director ("NED") who is stepping down after nine years in line with best practice. Bob will be replaced as NED and Chair of the Audit Committee by Richard Jones. The Board wish to thank Bob for his years of service and commitment to Inspiration Healthcare during his tenure and are delighted to be able to appoint Richard to the role. Both changes will come into effect from 31 January 2025.

Richard is a seasoned healthcare and life sciences professional with extensive experience as a board member of publicly listed companies. He has spent more than 20 years serving in both independent NED and Executive Director roles and has acted as a key adviser across a diverse range of public and private companies in the life sciences space. He has expertise across a wide spectrum of Board issues and has worked extensively outside the UK PLC market having completed a US reverse merger as CFO for a UK biotech company in 2019.

Currently he is a Senior Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair of Alliance Pharma PLC, an AIM listed international consumer healthcare company where he is closely involved in all aspects of the business. Formerly, he was Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and Company Secretary of the UK and Ireland's leading supplier of tele-radiology services, Medica Group Ltd. His CFO and Board experience also includes Mereo Biopharma PLC and Shield Therapeutics PLC.

In accordance with Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, Richard Crispin Morgan Jones (aged 58 years) holds / has held the following directorships/partnerships in the last five years:

Richard Crispin Morgan Jones does not hold any ordinary shares in the capital of the Company. There are no further disclosures to be made in accordance with AIM Rule 17 or Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
