Board Change
Inspiration Healthcare Group plc (AIM: IHC), the global medical technology company pioneering best-in-class, specialist neonatal intensive care medical devices, announces that Liz Shanahan, Non-Executive Director, has informed the Board that she will retire from the Board on 20 November 2025 at the end of the meeting scheduled to be held on that day. The Company does not intend to replace this position but will instead keep the composition of the Board under review. Richard Jones has agreed to take over as Chair of the Remuneration Committee following Liz's departure.
