Issue of Supplementary Prospectus
The Boards of the Companies announce that they have published a supplementary prospectus ("the Supplementary Prospectus") relating to the joint offer for subscription to raise, in aggregate, up to £34 million (as increased) ("the Offer").
The Supplementary Prospectus refers to the publication of Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013 ("2013 MIG Accounts"), certain information from which is incorporated by reference into the Supplementary Prospectus.
Copies of the Supplementary Prospectus and the 2013 MIG Accounts have been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism, which is located at:
