Mobeus VCTs - Linked Offer for Subscription

The Offer was launched on 29 November 2012 with each of the three participatingCompanies offering a maximum of 10 million shares. Due to increased investordemand, the Companies announced on 22 March 2013 that the total amount of grossfunds which could be raised pursuant to the terms of the Offer had increasedfrom £21 million to £27 million.

At the close of the Offer on 30 April 2013, gross proceeds of £24.85 millionhad been raised with each company raising £8.28 million. Final allotments ofshares under the Offer will be undertaken by 9 May 2013, at which point eachCompany will announce the final numbers of shares each has allotted under theOffer, and their issued share capital.
