Issue of Equity

The Company announces that on 30 October 2014 it allotted and issued 652,411 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each under the Company's Dividend Investment Scheme ("the Scheme") at a price of 95.50 pence per share.

Application will be made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and dealings are expected to commence on or around Wednesday, 5 November 2014.

Following this allotment, the issued share capital of the Company is 61,129,351 Ordinary Shares.
