Issue of Equity

The Company announces that on 7 May 2013 it allotted and issued 155,866 newOrdinary Shares of 1p each at a price of 112.6 pence per share.

Application will be made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to theOfficial List of the UK Listing Authority and dealings are expected to commenceon 10 May 2013.

Following this allotment the issued share capital of the Company is 53,120,609Ordinary Shares.

These new shares in the Company have been issued subsequent to the linked offerfor subscription with Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc and Mobeus Income & Growth4 VCT plc launched on 29 November 2012 ("the Offer"), with each of the threeparticipating companies offering a maximum of 10 million shares.

At the close of the Offer on 30 April 2013, gross proceeds of £24.85 millionhave been raised to date under the Offer of which £8.28 million has been raisedfor The Income & Growth VCT plc. 7,771,174 new Ordinary Shares have beenallotted in total by the Company under the Offer.
