The Company announces that on 15 February 2012 it allotted and issued 187,280 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each under the Company's Dividend Investment Scheme ("the Scheme") at a price of 87.9 pence per share.
Following these allotments the issued share capital of the Company is 41,992,066 Ordinary Shares.
Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and dealings are expected to commence on 20 February 2012.
