The Income & Growth VCT plc ("the Company") today announces its Half-Year results for the six months to 31 March 2024. |
Financial Highlights |
As at 31 March 2024: Net assets: £115.29 million Net asset value ("NAV") per share: 74.29 pence

Results for the six months to 31 March 2024: |
· Net asset value ("NAV") total return1 (including dividends) per share was 2.5%. |
· Share price total return1 (including dividends) per share was 4.8%. |
· The Board declared an interim dividend in respect of the current year of 3.00 pence per share which was paid to Shareholders on 7 June 2024. |
· The Company made four new investments of £3.63 million and four follow-on investments of £1.12 million. |
· Proceeds of £3.88 million were received from one realisation. |
