The Company announces that on 15 February 2016, the following Director was allotted and issued the numbers of Ordinary Shares shown below at a price of 94.0 pence per Ordinary Share. The allotments were made under the Company's Dividend Investment Scheme in respect of the final dividend of 6.00 pence per share paid on 15 February 2016:
