IG Design Group plc announces that on 10 December 2018, Mr Mark Tentori, a Non-Executive Director, informed the Company that he purchased 3,707 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 550 pence per Ordinary Share. As a result of this purchase, Mark Tentori holds 11,111 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.01 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
