BOARD CHANGES

The Board of Image Scan, a leader in the field of real-time 3D and 2D x-ray imaging for the 'Homeland Security' and 'Industrial Inspection' markets, today announces two changes to the Company's Board.

Jerry Horwood, non executive director, has resigned from the Board with immediate effect as a result of increasing commitments to his own business interests and charitable activities.

The Board has appointed Brian Emslie as a non executive director to take the lead in the sales and marketing strategy for the Company. Mr Emslie has spent 30 years working for BOC Group plc, his last role being Business Development Director of BOC Edwards. More recently he has acted in an advisory or non executive director capacity for a number of high tech companies, providing input on strategic review and business development. Mr Emslie has key strengths in strategic planning, analysis of customer and markets needs, contract negotiations, and communications.

The following further disclosures are required in respect of the appointment of Brian Simpson Emslie, aged 57. Mr Emslie is currently a director of iSee Associates Ltd, Audiogravity Ltd, Audiogravity Holdings Limited and Point 35 Microstructures Ltd. Previously Mr Emslie was a director of Intellemetrics Limited and Vorgem Ltd.

There are no further disclosures required to be made pursuant to Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules.
