Resolutions of the AGM and EGM included those authorising the Directors of ImageScan Holdings plc to issue and allot new ordinary shares in the Companyfollowing the successful Placing and Open Offer - originally announced 31stMarch 2005 - that combined have raised £1,087,274 before expenses for theCompany.
