KP Renewables PLC21 September 2006 21 September 2006 Suspension of trading on AIM KP Renewables plc (the "Company"), the AIM-quoted UK aggregator, investor, anddeveloper of independent green energy projects, announces today that it hasrequested a suspension of the trading of its securities on AIM. The Company is currently evaluating a number of options regarding its financingand the best means of executing its strategy for the benefit of shareholders. At the time of its admission to AIM in July 2005 the Company had raisedsufficient working capital for its then current requirements which it hadestimated at £2.85 million to December 2006. In order to fund its continuing working capital needs the Company will need toarrange additional financing and it is currently evaluating a number of options.The Board has concluded however that it is appropriate to seek a suspension oftrading of the Company's securities on AIM until such time as a furtherannouncement can be made regarding the Company's financing. The Company confirms that pending clarification of its financial position, therewill be a delay in the preparation of its interim results for the six monthsended 30 June 2006, which is required by the AIM Rules to be published withinthree months of its period end.
