Notification of Transactions by a Director/PDMR

The Company was today informed that Robert McTighe, Non-Executive Director, today acquired 300,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 4.7725 pence per share. Following this transaction Robert McTighe's beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares is now 550,000, representing approximately 0.18 percent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital*.

* In addition to these disclosed interests it was announced on 17 March 2017 that Mr McTighe had agreed to subscribe for 11,111,111 new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at a price of 4.5p per share in a fundraising which is subject to, inter alia, shareholder approval, on 3 April 2017.
