Board Change
IGas announces that Tushar Kumar has informed the Board that he is resigning as a Director with immediate effect, having taken up a new role at another investment company. Tushar has been one of two Non-executive Directors appointed by Kerogen Capital to the Board of IGas.
Philip Jackson, also nominated by Kerogen Capital, will remain on the Board. Kerogen Capital retains its right to appoint a second Director to the Board of IGas.
