Interim CEO

Further to the previous announcement that Mark Bourke, Group Chief Executive, is leaving IFG Group in April 2014.

John Cotter the Group Finance Director shall take on the role of Interim CEO from the 7th April whilst the recruitment process for a new CEO continues.

John Cotter is a chartered accountant with significant experience of the UK financial services industry. He was group finance director & chief risk officer at Collins Stewart Hawkpoint plc and chief operating officer (Global Business Unit Control) at the Royal Bank of Scotland. John was also chief operating officer and chief financial officer at Morgan Stanley Bank International Limited.

IFG is issuing its preliminary statement of results for the year ended 31 December 2013 today and this is the subject of a separate announcement.

The Board wishes to extend its thanks to Mark for the valuable contribution he has made to the Group.
