IFG Group plc advises that the closing date for submissions of tender forms in relation to the Tender Offer is 11.00 am on 3rd December 2012.
IFG Group plc confirms that all directors holding shares in the company have applied for the guaranteed entitlement available to all shareholders, that is 17.87% of their shareholding, apart from Mr. Peter Priestley who has tendered all his shareholding.
