Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification

IFG Group plc has been notified of the following dealings in IFG's shares by certain Directors/PDMRs of the Company as follows:
· Mark Dearsley, the Group Chairman, purchased 40,000 ordinary shares of €0.12 each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of £1.325 per share on 26 June 2018.
· Kathryn Purves, the Group Chief Executive Officer, purchased 60,000 Shares at a price of £1.325 per share on 26 June 2018.
· Gavin Howard, the Group Chief Financial Officer, purchased 40,000 Shares at a price of £1.325 per share on 26 June 2018.
