Circular re: Proposed Disposal of IFG International
Further to the announcement dated 29 March 2012 regarding the proposed disposal of IFG International (the 'Disposal') the Board of IFG announces that a circular has been published by the Company today and will be posted to shareholders of the Company.
The circular gives further details of the Disposal and contains a notice of the extraordinary general meeting of the Company to approve the Disposal (the 'EGM'). The EGM will be held at the Radisson Blu St Helen's Hotel, Stillorgan Road, Dublin 4, Ireland at 10.00 a.m. on Monday 18 June 2012.
A copy of the circular has been forwarded to the Irish Stock Exchange and will shortly be available for inspection at the following addresses:
