Board Change

IFG Group plc is pleased to announce the appointment of David Paige BSc, FCA (age 61) to the Board of the company as a Non-Executive Director as of 12 July 2012.

David is a chartered accountant. He was a partner in Coopers & Lybrand financial services division before moving into senior executive positions with NatWest Bank, Zurich Financial Services, Aviva Plc and Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance Group where he was executive Director, Risk. David was a Non Executive Director of several of Aegon's UK businesses from 2006 until 2012 and is currently a Non Executive Director at Willis Limited and Yorkshire Building Society.

Joe Moran, Chairman, said that he welcomed David to the IFG Group plc Board and was looking forward to working with him, adding: "I am delighted that David has agreed to join the IFG Group plc Board. He brings a wealth of experience in UK Financial Services which is particularly important given the increased scale of our UK business within the IFG Group".
