London, 16 November 2012 - International Ferro Metals Limited (LSE: IFL), the integrated ferrochrome producer, announces that it was advised on 12 November 2012 that Aviva plc and its subsidiaries has increased its notifiable interest in the share capital of the Company from 22,499,330 ordinary shares to 27,720,170 ordinary shares representing 5.00 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company as at 15 November 2012.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is 554,008,047.
