Total Voting Rights

Following the admission to trading on AIM earlier today of 8,685,276 new ordinary shares issued pursuant to the recent placing, Invinity confirms the issued share capital of the Company comprises 95,538,037 ordinary shares with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Therefore, this figure of 95,538,037 ordinary shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of Invinity under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
