Invista European Real Estate Trust19 November 2007 Invista European Real Estate Trust SICAF BOARD CHANGES Invista European Real Estate Trust (the "Company") is pleased to announce theappointment of Jaap Meijer, a Luxembourg resident, to its Board of Directors asa non-executive director, with effect from 16 November 2007. Formal shareholderratification of his appointment will be sought at the Company's next ordinarygeneral meeting. A member of the Luxembourg "Ordre des Expert-Comptables" (Order of Accountants),Mr Meijer is currently a director of several Luxembourg-based investmententities and is also authorised to practise independently as an "ExpertComptable" (Accountant) and "Conseil Economique" (Consultant). Previously Mr Meijer worked at Mourant Luxembourg SA as Finance Manager and wasone of two CSSF approved managers. He also worked at Aberdeen InvestmentServices in Luxembourg as a Financial Controller and Management Accountant andwas one of two CSSF approved managers. Prior to this he was an Auditor atDeloitte Touche Tomatsu International in Dusseldorf, Germany. There are no further details requiring disclosure under paragraph 9.6.13 of theFSA Listing Rules in respect of Mr Meijer. Simultaneously, the Company announces the resignation of Robert Kimmels from theBoard as a non-executive director. Mr Kimmels is an assistant managing directorof the Company's Administrator Citco Luxembourg SA and has recently relocatedfrom Luxembourg to Paris.
