Notice of Annual General Meeting & Posting of Annual Report and Accounts
InnovaDerma (LSE: IDP), a UK developer of life sciences, beauty and personal care products, announces that it has today posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2019 to shareholders, together with the Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and the Form of Proxy. These documents will be available shortly for download on the Company's website, http://www.innovaderma.com/company-publications/.
The AGM will be held at finnCap Ltd, 60 New Broad Street, London EC2M 1JJ on 6 November at 10am (GMT).
