Director/PDMR shareholding
InnovaDerma (LSE: IDP), a UK developer of life sciences, beauty and personal care products (the "Company"), announces that it was notified today that on 6 and 7 November 2019, Haris Chaudhry, Executive Chairman of the Company, has sold 4,111,186 Ordinary Shares of €0.10 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 52.4 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Sale") for personal reasons. Following the Sale, Mr Chaudhry, has no disclosable interest in the issued share capital of the Company.
In addition, InnovaDerma has been notified that today, that Ross Andrews, Non-executive Director has purchased 44,860 Ordinary shares of €0.10 each in the Company at a price of 47.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the Purchase, Ross Andrews now holds a total of 74,860 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.52% of the issued share capital of the Company.
