Notice of 2015 Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

Ideagen PLC (AIM: IDEA), a leading supplier of Information Management Software to highly regulated industries, announces that it will hold its AGM at 12.00 pm on Thursday 29th October 2015 at the offices of finnCap, 60 New Broad Street, London, EC2M 1JJ.

A copy of the notice of the AGM, which details the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM, was posted to shareholders on Tuesday 6th October 2015, along with a copy of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30th April 2015. Copies of both documents are also available to download from the Company's website at www.ideagenplc.com.
