Ideagen plc (AIM: IDEA) a leading provider of Information Management Software to highly regulated industries, has been notified that Jonathan Wearing, Non-Executive Chairman, has today sold 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 45.5 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the sale, Mr Wearing remains interested in 4,439,066 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.49% of the Company's issued share capital.
