Director's Shareholding
Cupid plc received notification on 28 December 2011 that Max Polyakov, Director of the Company, has today transferred for nil consideration his holding of 18,569,208 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company (the "Shares") for tax planning purposes to Perimeter Trust, a family trust of which he will be a beneficiary alongside other members of his family.
