Iconic Labs Plc ("Iconic Labs" or the "Company")

Iconic Labs Plc (LSE:ICON), a multi-divisional new media and technology business, announces that further to the RNS dated 6 August 2019, the Company has issued 237,827,207 Ordinary Shares ("the Ordinary Shares") to European High Growth Opportunities Securitization Fund and application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the Main Market of the LSE.

It is expected that admission will become effective and dealings in the Ordinary Shares will commence on or around 20 August 2019. The Ordinary Shares shall rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in the Company. 

Following admission of the 237,827,207 Ordinary Shares, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 1,637,129,905 Ordinary Shares with voting rights and that figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
