NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS AND CONNECTED PERSONS
The Company was advised on 7 April 2009 that on 6 April 2009, Mr M Cumming, a Director of the Company, bought 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 204.0p per share, representing 0.007% of the Company's issued share capital.
Following this purchase, Mr Cumming had a total interest of 10,000 shares in the Company representing 0.014% of the Company's issued share capital.
The Company was advised on 7 April 2009 that on 6 April 2009, Mr O'Connor, a Director of the Company, bought 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 204.0p per share, representing 0.027% of the Company's issued share capital.
Following this purchase, Mr O'Connor had a total interest of 20,000 shares in the Company representing 0.027% of the Company's issued share capital.
The Company was also advised on 7 April 2009 that on that date, Mr Tigue, a Director of the Company, bought 46,081 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 215.5p per share, representing 0.063% of the Company's issued share capital.
Following this purchase, Mr Tigue had a total interest of 57,720 shares in the Company representing 0.079% of the Company's issued share capital.
