NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS AND CONNECTED PERSONS

The Company has been advised that on 20 June 2013, Mr Tigue, a Director of the Company, bought 916 ordinary shares in the Company through dividend re-investment at a price of 494p per share, representing 0.0013% of the Company's issued share capital.

Following this purchase, Mr Tigue had a total interest of 91,954 shares in the Company representing 0.1261% of the Company's issued share capital.
