NOTIFICATION OF INTERESTS OF DIRECTORS AND CONNECTED PERSONS

The Company was advised on 5 April 2013 that on 4 April 2013, Sandra Pajarola, a Director of the Company, bought 6,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 502.5p per share, which represents 0.008% of the Company's issued share capital.

Following this purchase, Ms Pajarola had a total interest of 6,000 shares in the Company which represents 0.008% of the Company's issued share capital.
