Issue of Shares from Treasury
The Company announces that on 18 March 2021 it issued 25,000 Ordinary shares from treasury at a price of 775.00 pence per Ordinary share and at a premium to the prevailing net asset value.
Following the issuance, there will be 41,082,817 Ordinary shares in issue (excluding the remaining 259,846 Ordinary shares held in treasury).
