INTERNATIONAL BIOTECHNOLOGY TRUST PLC (the Company)
The Company was notified today that Mrs Caroline Gulliver, a non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 2,500 Ordinary 25p shares in the capital of the Company on 26 February 2020 at a price of 592 pence per Ordinary share in London, which are registered in the name of CGWM Nominees Limited, representing 0.007% of the Company's issued share capital.
As a result of this purchase, Mrs Gulliver's aggregate holding of shares in the Company is 7,500 Ordinary shares, representing 0.020% of the Company's issued share capital.
