Allotment of Shares from Treasury
The Company announces that on 19 December 2018 it issued 75,000 Ordinary shares from treasury at a price of 595 pence per Ordinary share.
Following the issuance, there will be 37,622,663 Ordinary shares in issue (excluding the remaining 3,720,000 Ordinary shares held in treasury).
